I'm a marriage and family therapist who works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to help them find greater peace in their relationships and within themselves. I specialize in working with those who experience anxiety, and/or who are neurodivergent, particularly those with ADHD or autism. I also have a passion for helping families and couples seeking to reduce conflict, increase compassion and connection, and build more fulfilling relationships.
